Court Appearances	Fixed Fees
Short matters	$400 (inclusive of GST) for the first hour, with subsequent time charged in 15 minute increments
Contested, complex or lengthy matters	$450 (inclusive of GST) for the first hour, with subsequent time charged in 15 minute increments
Administrative matters undertaken by paralegal	$300 per hour (inclusive of GST)
Printing & Photocopying	$0.80 per black and white page $1 per colour page
Scanning of more than 20 pages	Paralegal rates charged in 6 minute increments

Short matters are matters such as mentions, call-overs, directions hearing, pre-trial reviews, divorce hearings, taking Judgement etc

Contested, complex or lengthy matters includes Supreme Court, Notices of Motion, contested applications, instructing counsel etc

Senior Lawyers: We only use experienced senior lawyers to attend court agency matters and the lawyers are also always supervised by our experienced Principal Lawyers.
